What days are orders shipped?
From Monday to Friday it is possible to order until 18:30. All orders are then shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday are also delivered on Saturday by PostNL and DPD.
Do we also ship on public holidays?
We do not ship orders on public holidays, you can check these days at: https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/algemene-bezorgdagen-tijden/feestdagen. From experience we recommend that you place your order a few days before a holiday. This can prevent your order from being delayed by the postal carrier.
Which postal carriers can I choose from?
It is currently possible to choose from DPD and PostNL. If you want to have your order shipped the same day via DPD, this is possible until 14:30. If you want to have your order shipped the same day with PostNL, you can place your order until 18:30.
My shipment indicates that it has not yet been received by PostNL?
We bring all orders to the PostNL sorting center from Monday to Friday. Due to crowds and public holidays, your order may indicate that it has not yet been received by PostNL. This is because the package has not yet been scanned in the sorting center by one of the PostNL employees. From our experience we can say that your order will probably only be scanned after 1/2 days.
